For both plans, the app shows the applicable price, trial, renewal, and cancellation details before you purchase.
Yes. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time from Subscription & Billing in the app. If you move from Plus to Core, the people you've given access to keep their current access, and older activity history is kept and becomes visible again if you upgrade.
If a subscription is sold as auto-renewing, it renews for the stated billing period unless canceled before renewal. The renewal price and frequency will be shown at checkout and in any confirmation required by law.
Cancel through the same platform or provider used to purchase the subscription, unless PeekaWhom provides another cancellation method for that purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel and applicable law. If you purchased through an app store, that store may control the refund process. If you purchased directly from an authorized PeekaWhom payment provider, contact [email protected]. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cooling-off or cancellation right that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
PeekaWhom may change prices for future billing periods. If a change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide the notice and choice required by applicable law and the applicable purchase platform before the new price is charged.
If a payment fails, paid features may be restricted after any applicable retry or grace period. PeekaWhom will not delete child information solely because a payment fails without first applying the account and retention rules described in our policies.
After the current billing period ends, access to paid features may end unless you resubscribe. PeekaWhom will explain how saved content and access are handled under its applicable retention rules. Child information will not be silently deleted merely because paid access ends.
